NIMA is a marketing platform for professional marketers based in The Netherlands. The aim of NIMA is to stimulate marketers and offer ways to develop and professionalise the marketing profession in The Netherlands.

NIMA organises a wide variety of events and seminars for its 3,000 members, providing Marketing, Sales, Communication and Market Research training and qualifications for over 12,000 candidates every year.

NIMA is responsible for organising the annual NIMA Marketing Award and works with training institutes that offer a wide variety of marketing, sales and communication qualifications under the prestigious banner of ‘NIMA Exams’.


There are several types of membership of NIMA available including: Corporate (depending on the size of the company), Individual, Teachers, Young professionals, Exam candidates, Students.
