Helena is passionate about marketing and communication, with over 18 years of experience. In her current role as Country Marketing Manager at IKEA Sweden, she has had the opportunity to contribute to society through various projects. Her impact spans sustainability initiatives, affordable furniture solutions, global job creation, support for local charities, and innovative educational programs. In recognition of her contributions, she was honored as the 2024 Marketing Manager B2C in Sweden.
Thumser has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles, including serving as President of Henkel Central Eastern Europe from 2005 to fall 2017. Since 2017, he has been the Managing Director of the Austrian Branded Goods Association (ÖAMTC), dedicated to addressing the mobility needs of Austrian citizens. Among his major accomplishments, he was named "Manager of the Year" in 2016 by the Vienna University of Economics and Business and received Vienna’s Golden Medal of Honor in 2018. On September 4, 2024, he was honored with the prestigious Marketing Leader of the Year Award for Lifetime Achievement for the fifth time, an accolade presented by INTERNET WORLD Austria in collaboration with the Marketing Club Austria.
Zubkonis has over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles. Since 2017, he has served as Head of the Sales and Marketing Department at Swedbank Lietuvoje. In recognition of his achievements, he was awarded the CMO of the Year 2024 title at an event organized by the Lithuanian Marketing Association (LiMA) for the tenth time. Under his leadership, Swedbank introduced the Financial Health Index and launched the Small Business Academy, a mentorship program designed to help small businesses grow by facilitating experience-sharing with large and mid-sized enterprises. Among his major achievements is repositioning Telefónica as a leading brand in Spain through an impactful brand strategy and digital transformation. Additionally, he is an active lecturer and a guest speaker on business television and various webinars in his country.
